My Name is Dionne Joseph Thomas and I am NOT your typical Tax Professional.

Over the course of my professional career I have graduated with a Masters in Marketing specializing in Strategic Planning and combined it with the Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) to become a Project Management Dynamo.

I branched off into the field of Tax consulting after starting up a business that was audited by the IRS.  My husband and I worked diligently to fight and win our case with the IRS. During the course of this I discovered a few of the simple steps that could have prevented the experience entirely. This fueled the desire within me to know everything about taxes. I spent the next few years studying everything I could about taxation, and applied my knowledge of strategic planning to the methods to LEGALLY reduce one’s tax liability. I have used this knowledge to help myself and others for years.

I focused on IRS approved strategies to assist other individuals and business owners, especially start up business owners. This led us to gain our certification as Enrolled Agents (EA) and me to become a Certified Tax Coach (CTC).  I founded TAX ROOF, LLC to assist our clients to utilize these proactive tax planning strategies.
